At last the final day of the project has arrived with mixed feelings from everyone. First we are grateful for the commitment that all of our members exhibited over the last five weeks. We hope that our creative journey opened at least a few pairs of eyes to the importance of conscious consumerism and that we will be able to send the Hole in the Wall charity at Round Up River Ranch a sizable donation. We also hope to continue raising awareness and funds for through the Sustainable Fashion Project in years to come, but for now our participants are getting ready to don jeans and T-shirts once more.

With only one day remaining it’s important to thank everyone for contributing their time, effort and creativity to the project. We’ve seen plenty of originality from everyone and we hope that we have everyone has channeled that creativity and dedication not only into their wardrobe, but also into raising money for the Hole in the Wall charity. To all participants we will gather in the journalism room next Wednesday to celebrate our accomplishments over the past five weeks and to collect funds for the Hole in the Wall Camps. See you there!
